Generally we ship all items within a week after the signing is complete. Some circumstances will hold up the shipping process. Mislabeled items, a mistake by us, etc.

Photo Image options are labeled with option #. When purchasing through PayPal, please add option # and size in the PayPal comments section.

Inscriptions are solely up to the talent. Most Inscriptions are guaranteed, but asking anything that may be derogatory to the talent they may not. Pens will be provided by us. You may label your Item with a specific color and location, but we will NOT guarantee your specific pen will be used.

Make sure the package your sending has all your information on it so we can assure it gets back to you. Use blue painters tape or post it note and place in area where you want it signed with instructions as follows. Arrow pointing to where you want item signed, pen color (blue, black), pen type (sharpie, paint) and inscription (spelled out) if purchased.

Yes, but be sure to set up a time to do so. We are open Monday thru Friday 9am to 3pm. We will NOT make arrangements to meet up outside of our place of business.
